Effective 19 October 2026 · CatalogComplete, Oakville, Ontario, Canada
CatalogComplete is the operating name of Kamaljeet Singh Gill, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada ("CatalogComplete", "we", "us"). By requesting an audit or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services measure and repair the completeness and accuracy of catalog data. We do not and cannot guarantee that any platform — including Shopify, Google, Microsoft, or OpenAI — will cite, recommend, rank, display, or send traffic or sales to your store, because those outcomes are determined by third-party systems outside our control. Any statement on our website about AI traffic or platform behaviour is attributed to its published source and describes the market, not a promised result for your store.
Prices are in USD and are quoted by catalog size band, agreed in writing before work begins. Payment is taken through Stripe when you approve your change list and work begins; if you approve no changes, no fee is payable for the fix. For Canadian customers, GST/HST applies where required and is shown on the invoice. Our GST/HST registration number appears in full on invoices.
We guarantee the deliverables described on our website for your engagement: every rubric check performed, only your approved changes implemented, delivery by the agreed date, and an after-audit with a full change log. If we fail to provide a guaranteed deliverable, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for the undelivered work. One email to [email protected] starts a refund; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Founding pricing applies to the first 10 stores, on the terms published on our website, in exchange for which we ask for an honest review after delivery. Reviews may be published with the discount relationship disclosed, in accordance with applicable advertising law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatalogComplete's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your catalog content remains yours. Our rubric, methods, templates, and audit formats remain ours; the audit reports and change logs we deliver for your store may be used by you for your business without restriction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these terms; the version posted on this page at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement. Contact: [email protected].
